Shipping Policy

Please allow 24–48 business hours for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

All orders are shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Shipping Rates

Shipping within Canada is a flat rate of $15.00 CAD.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, package weight, and available shipping service.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges

The customer is solely and fully responsible for all costs associated with the delivery and importation of their order beyond the shipping amount charged at checkout.

These costs may include, but are not limited to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Sales taxes or VAT

  • Brokerage fees

  • Customs-clearance fees

  • Carrier handling fees

  • Administrative fees

  • Storage fees

  • Inspection fees

  • Remote-area surcharges

  • Address-correction charges

  • Return-to-sender charges

  • Any other fees, assessments, penalties, or charges imposed by a government authority, customs agency, postal service, courier, shipping carrier, or other third party

We do not calculate, collect, control, predict, guarantee, reimburse, or accept responsibility for any such charges. This applies whether the charges were expected, unexpected, disclosed, undisclosed, estimated, implied, or imposed after the order was shipped or delivered.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all additional charges are the customer’s sole responsibility. The customer is responsible for researching and understanding the import requirements and potential costs applicable in their country, province, state, or region before completing a purchase.

Refusing a shipment, failing to pay required fees, failing to complete customs clearance, or failing to accept delivery does not remove the customer’s responsibility for the original order or any resulting charges. Any return shipping, customs charges, penalties, storage costs, processing fees, or other expenses incurred as a result may be deducted from any refund for which the order may otherwise qualify.

We accept no liability for delays, holds, seizures, returns, abandoned shipments, or additional costs caused by customs authorities, government agencies, shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete addresses, unpaid fees, or the customer’s failure to comply with local import requirements.
